Message I suspect SAW is more of a novelty than any true practical use,

to downshift and upshift still depend on the stock autobox, not SAW, you will only shift as fast as the stock autobox shifts(which is not very fast)
besides I am not sure how SAW will affect stock autobox's reliability and such

the 4sp stock auto is no true performer, it's not same as any sequential shift like any ferrari. I suspect SAW may give you some "feel" of it and that's about it

sequential shifting auto is not the same as true sequential, sequential is better on drag than in track,
I am guessing that sequential is more for utral hi-performance car like F1s where a insane 3L engine rev like 16KRPM, for lower performance street car it's better to shift from say 4 to 2 in one motion.

on side note, from DUB magazine, I read that Kobe's wife's Lambo got some trick mod, the lambo was a manu but converted to auto. the drive by wire system made it all possible. they got rid of the clutch but put a heat sensitive clutch activation patch on the ball shifter
